What's new

Improved closed captions visibility: Provides simultaneous viewing of captions and notes.
Download faxes from bulk editing view: Ability to bulk download faxes while in the bulk editing view
Deskphone pairing: Allows users to pick up and control calls from the soft client while passing audio through hardphone.
New contact entry point: Provides end users a quick entry point to create new contacts/add numbers to existing contacts when the number in the dial-pad doesn’t match any current contacts.

Improvements

Reduced the app’s storage space requirements
Improved the silent upgrade process when the app runs in the background
Improved the upgrade experience for cases where the app doesn't upgrade after quitting (Windows only)

Bug fixes

Fixed issue: The context menu wouldn't appear (when right-clicked) after restarting the app
