Retrieving RingCentral Video meeting recordings
for mobile
If you’ve recorded a meeting or a meeting recording has been shared to you, you can access those recordings at any time in the RingCentral app.
- Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
- Tap on the three-dot menu icon at the top right, and then tap Recordings.
- In the Recordings tab, tap on the meeting name to open the recording.
Note: You can view a list of all your meetings by tapping the Recent meetings tab next to Recordings. This will contain information such as the meeting participants list and meeting ID.
