Setting up your company hours in the RingCentral

Admins can set what hours their company is open to take calls in the RingCentral mobile app. Admins can do this during the setup process after account activation or via the RingCentral desktop and web app.

Setting up company business hours

1. Depending on which device you’re on:

a. For Android devices, tap your profile menu at the top left.

b. For iOS devices, tap your profile photo at the top left.

3. Tap Phone system > Auto-receptionist > Company Hours.

4. Set company hours to:
  • 24 hours: This is set by default.
  • Specify hours: Select how you want incoming calls handled when your business is open or closed. Select a day and toggle on if you’re open on that day, and then select from what time the business opens until what time it closes.

Note: Tap Copy Settings to Weekdays or Copy Settings to All Days if you wish to set the same operating hours during the weekdays or all days of the week.
