Update your physical address on record with the RingCentral app for emergency calls. Your saved address will be visible under this section. If you don’t provide an emergency address, you will be limited to making calls only to extensions in your organization.
If you are an SMB customer, you will be asked to review and complete your user profile after activating your user account. After activating your account, you can still update your regional settings in the Settings menu of the RingCentral app. Not sure which customer you are? Click here
