The RingCentral Video Breakout Rooms feature allows hosts and participants to:
- Create breakout rooms (maximum of 50 breakout rooms),
- Separate participants into smaller groups while keeping everyone in the same meeting,
- Assign and manage attendees in the breakout rooms, and
- Chat Privately with each other.
Note: Hosts can create breakout rooms, assign and manage attendees via the RingCentral Video desktop app only, and not via the RingCentral mobile app. However, once the host creates a breakout room and assigns meeting attendees via the desktop app, they are notified on the mobile app. To know more, visit Host and participant controls on the RingCentral mobile app.
