When you start a meeting, you are designated the host. As host, you have extended controls, including managing meeting participants, starting and stopping recording, ending the meeting for all, and more.

Starting a meeting for desktop or web
1. Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click the Start button at the top of the app to open in a new window.
3. Connect your audio.
a. If you’re using RingCentral Video, visit Joining RingCentral Video audio on desktop and web.
b. If you’re using RingCentral Meetings to start a meeting, visit Joining RingCentral Meetings audio on desktop and web.
4. Invite participants.
a. If you’re using RingCentral Video, visit Inviting others to join a RingCentral Video meeting on desktop and web.
b. If you’re using RingCentral Meetings, visit Inviting others to join a RingCentral Meetings meeting on desktop and web.
