Viewing and managing RingCentral Video meetings in
the RingCentral app desktop and web | RingCentral app

The Meetings page (which acts as the homepage to the Video menu) shows all your scheduled meetings for the next few days. From here, you can:
  • Start, join, and schedule meetings
  • Copy meeting information
  • View meeting details

Note: In order to view and manage your scheduled meetings, you must first connect your Outlook or Google calendar to the RingCentral app. To learn more, visit Connect your Microsoft or Google Calendar in the RingCentral app.

Copying a meeting’s info for desktop or web

1. Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. In the Meetings page, hover over a scheduled meeting and click the More icon that appears at far right.
3. Click the Copy meeting info option via the dropdown menu.

Copying a meeting’s info for mobile

1. Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap the More icon beside the Join button.
3. Select View meeting details.
4. Tap Description.
5. Tap, hold, and select all parts of the text.
6. Tap Copy.
This info includes the access link to the meeting, the Meeting ID, and the number and access code you can use to dial in.

Viewing a meeting’s details for desktop or web

1. Hover your mouse over a scheduled meeting and click the More icon that appears at far right.
2. Click the View meeting details option via the dropdown menu.
The meeting invite will then open in your default calendar, where you can view info such as the access link to the meeting, the Meeting ID, and the number and access code you can use to dial in to the meeting. 

Viewing a meeting’s details for mobile

1. Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap the More icon beside the Join button.
3. Select View meeting details.
This info includes an access link to the meeting, the date and time of the meeting, the description, and the list of meeting participants. Additionally, you may tap on the description to view the meeting invite, the Meeting ID, and the dial-in number(s).
