Submit an idea to Analytics | RingEX

You can submit your feedback and ideas to the Analytics team using the Submit Idea feature. Many Analytics Reports feature a Submit Idea icon in the upper right corner, enabling you to provide feedback to the Analytics teams.

Note: Submit Idea is context-sensitive to ensure it reaches the right teams. For example, if you’d like to provide feedback for Adoption & Usage, make sure you’re in an Adoption & Usage dashboard when you click Submit Idea.

Clicking the light bulb icon opens a new browser tab where you can see and vote on a list of existing suggestions relevant to that report. You can also submit your own by clicking +Add a New Idea.

A new window opens where you can detail your suggestion.

After clicking Add Idea, you will receive an email confirming that your idea has been added, with a link to view and edit it.
