This document provides customers with the domain names and IP addresses that customers must or may need to whitelist in their network equipment to ensure that RingCentral Engage Digital operates properly. 

1. Whitelisting of domains and IP addresses

Table 1 indicates the domain names and IP addresses that must or may need to be whitelisted at an enterprise site:
  1. Domain names and IP addresses only for used features. For example, if Salesforce integration is not used, then no whitelisting of the IP addresses is needed.
  2. The EU production servers are divided into sets called shards. 
  3. XXX indicates the enterprise customer domain.
  4. Collaborative browsing or Co-browsing is an optional troubleshooting feature that allows agents to view their customer’s screen and control their customer’s mouse and keyboard.
  5. Salesforce integration is an optional feature that allows clients to access Engage Digital from within Salesforce.
  6. The realtime messaging service supports agent availability management, tasks, and chat.
