Downloading attendees’ data

Hosts can access past webinars to view the details and access reports and recordings. Hosts can download the attendee report for each webinar.
- Go to Webinar > Past on the left navigation bar of the RingCentral app.
- Click on the webinar that you want to view its details. You can also hover over the webinar and click the eye icon.
- Click the download icon on the Attendees card.
You will receive the data in a .csv file. The Attendees report will have the following columns:
- User first name
- User last name
- Email address
- Webinar role: Shows the user’s role during the webinar.
