What's New

Share meeting recordings (RingCentral Video)
- Share your meeting recordings with coworkers and guests directly from the app.
Personal meeting name (RingCentral Video)
- Create a customized personal meeting name that makes it easier to share and join meetings.
Schedule with Outlook on the web
- Meetings scheduled in the app can now be synced with Outlook on the web.
Schedule with alternative host (RingCentral Meetings)
- Assign an alternative host to manage and start your meeting for you.
Manage meetings as a delegate (RingCentral Meetings)
- As a delegate for a meeting, you are able to edit or delete meetings for the delegator.
Company call routing and voicemail
- Admins can now customize call routing and voicemail greetings for their company by going to Admin settings right in the app.
After hours and voicemail settings
- Set your after hours and update your voicemail directly from within the app.
Port numbers
- Admins can now move phone numbers from other service providers to RingCentral from the Admin settings.
Resource center improvements
- Our latest features and content in the Resource Center will be tagged with a badge
