Managing your Webinar presentation in
RingCentral Rooms

RingCentral Rooms allows you to manage your RingCentral webinar presentation from tablet. If you are invited as a host, co-host, or panelist, you can share your screen using the join link from the invite as long as you have permission from the host.
Note: RingCentral Rooms is powered by RingCentral Video and is different from RingCentral Meetings Rooms. When presenting during a webinar, your device will automatically default to Do not disturb mode.

Sharing your screen 

To present during a webinar, click Share screen, and choose between Using desktop app or Using browser.

Using the RingCentral desktop app to share screen

  1. On your RingCentral Rooms controller, select Using RingCentral desktop app
  2. Go to Video in the left navigation bar of the RingCentral desktop app.
  3. Click Share in room
  4. Select a room name. 
  5. Enter your pairing code. 

Using your browser to share screen

  1. In your RingCentral Rooms controller, select Using browser
  2. Open your web browser and enter your invite join link.

Switching view layout during a webinar

During a webinar, presenters can switch between view layouts. Click Views using your RingCentral Rooms controller, and then select your preferred view layout.
