Checking call queue member availability
=======================================

Call queues are used when you want a specific group of users (such as Sales, Support, or Billing) to share incoming calls. Each member's availability is shown as Available, Busy, or Unavailable, helping managers know who can take calls.

To view the call queue member availability:

* Sign in to the [<var class="keyword">
  <div style="display: inline;">
  Admin Portal
  </div></var>](https://service.ringcentral.com "").
* Click the **Phone System** tab.
* Click the **Groups** dropdown, then **Call Queues**.
* Click the **Arrow** icon next to **Actions** to expand the call queue details. You may need to move the bottom scroll bar to the right to access the arrow.
* The **Members Availability** column will show in the call queue list. For example, if there are five members in the call queue and two are currently available, the Member Availability will show 2/3.

Call queue member statuses
--------------------------

* *Available*: The member is ready to take a call. In a rotating queue, the call will go to the member who's been available the longest.
* *Busy*: The member is on an active call and won't receive queue calls.
* *Unavailable* : The member is either outside of their work hours or has set their status to *Do Not Disturb (DND)* or turned off *Accept queue calls*. They won't receive queue calls while in this status.
