Configuring team creation access for admins

Admins can configure what type of team or group chat users can create or convert to (public or private). An admin may also disable the ability for a user to create a team chat.
  1. Sign in to RingCentral app.
  2. Go to Settings > Administration in the left navigation.
  3. Choose what type of team you want users to create or convert under Manage what types of teams can be created
    • Public and private: Users can create private or public teams.
    • Only private: Only private team can be created.
    • No teams: Users can’t create teams.
