Allowing users to create public or private teams

Admins have control over how users can create a public and private team, and how a conversation can be converted into a private or public team.  When set, users can only create and convert teams depending on the chosen setting.
  1. Sign in to RingCentral app.
  2. Go to Settings > Administration.
  3. Choose what type of team you want users to create or convert from the dropdown menu on Manage what types of teams can be created. You can choose
    1. Public and private
    2. Only private
    3. No teams
