Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) help you get key statistics about RingCentral Message usage. These include the number of teams your organization has, the total number of posts, and the total number of messages in team conversations, direct 1:1 chats, or group chats.

Message dashboard KPIs.
KPIs are completely configurable and you can pick specific KPIs of interest to display on your page by selecting them via the Select KPIs settings gear icon.
Show KPIs description
Select the desired KPIs from the list or enter your criteria in the search field, and then click Done. The top section of the page will update with the KPIs of your choice.

KPI descriptions

  • All KPIs: Displays data for all KPIs in this list in the selected time frame.
  • # of Direct 1:1 Messages: Total number of direct 1:1 messages within an account for the selected time frame.
  • # of Direct Group Messages: Total number of direct group messages within an account for selected time frame.
  • # of Direct Groups: Total number of direct groups within an account for selected time frame.
  • # of Messages: Sum of all the messages generated within an account in selected time frame.
  • # of Team Messages: Total number of team messages within an account for selected time frame.
  • # of Teams: Total number of teams within an account for selected time frame.
  • % of Direct 1:1 Messages: The # of direct 1:1 messages/all messages in the selected time frame.
  • % of Direct Group Messages: The # of direct group messages/all messages in the selected time frame.
  • % of Team Messages: The # of messages in any team/all messages in the selected time frame.
  • Avg. Messages Per User: The number of messages/Enabled Message Users.
  • Avg. Teams Per Users: The average number of teams per user among active users.
  • Enabled Message Users: Sum of all Users on the selected time frame who can post messages.
