At the top of the dashboard are the KPIs which give a snapshot of key metrics related to calls such as total number of calls, and how many of those calls are outbound or inbound calls, or external or internal calls. To understand the definition of each of these KPIs, see KPI descriptions.
Phone dashboard KPIs.
The KPIs you want shown on the page can be selected using the Select KPIs settings. Select the desired KPIs or enter your criteria in the search field and then click Done.

The top section of the page will be updated with the KPIs of your choice. Click on Show KPIs description to see a short definition of each KPI.

KPI descriptions

  • All KPIs: Displays data for all KPIs in this list in the selected time frame.
  • # of Calls: Sum of all inbound and outbound calls (internal and external) in the selected time frame.
  • # of External Calls: Sum of all incoming and outbound calls not including calls within the same account in the selected time frame.
  • # of Inbound Calls: Sum of all incoming calls to enabled users in the selected time frame.
  • # of Internal Calls: Sum of all internal calls within account in the selected time frame.
  • # of Outbound Calls: Sum of all outgoing calls made by enabled users in the selected time frame.
  • Avg. # of Calls Per User: The number of Calls/Enabled Phone Users.
  • Avg. Min Per User: The number of Minutes/Enabled Phone Users.
  • Enabled Phone Users: Sum of all Users on the selected time frame who can make calls.
  • External Call Min: Total length of all inbound and outbound calls not including calls within the same account in the selected time frame.
  • Inbound Call Min: Total length of all incoming calls to enabled users in the selected time frame.
  • Internal Call Min: Total length of all internal calls within account in the selected time frame.
  • Outbound Call Min: Total length of all outgoing calls made by enabled users in the selected time frame.
  • Total Call Min: Total length of all inbound, outbound and internal calls to/from the users in the selected time frame.
