The Teams widget provides insights into the usage patterns specific to teams, a functionality in Message where a set of users can communicate on a specific topic.
 
The Teams widget provides data on:
  • The top or bottom 10 public teams by activity (i.e., the number of posts created in them in the selected time frame).
  • The top or bottom 10 public teams by members (i.e., the number of members added to the team).

Each horizontal bar shows the total number of posts in each team. The default view is that of the top 10 users. To get the bottom 10, click on the sort icon (arrow) to the left of the Posts column.

To view the top or bottom teams by number of members, switch to the tab By Members. Similar to the By Activity tab, you will see the list of public teams and total number of members in each. The default view is that of the top 10 teams. To get the bottom 10, click on the sort icon (arrow) to the left of the Members column.

Using the Teams widget

The Teams widget helps you learn about the most active or inactive teams in your account. It helps you to clean up unused teams or learn about the power users of teams who you can leverage to establish best practices.
