Creating and managing subscriptions in Business Analytics
=========================================================

You can set up subscriptions for your Business Analytics dashboards to receive regular emails with links to the results.

Note  
You can access report links in your subscription emails for up to six months (180 days) after they're sent.

Setting up a subscription
-------------------------

* Sign in to the [Analytics Portal](https://analytics.ringcentral.com "").
* Click the **Subscriptions** tile or hover over the navigation bar, then click **Subscriptions**.
* Click **Create New** at the top right.

* Select **Business Analytics Subscriptions** in the popup.
* Enter your details in the **General Information** section:
  * **Subscription Name**
  * **Description**
  * **Dashboard**: Select a dashboard from the dropdown.
  * **File**: Select the type of file to receive.

* In the **Email Delivery** section, select the following:
  * **Time zone**: By default, the time zone should match your location. To change it, click the down arrow to the right of the timezone shown.
  * **Start date**: Choose a date to start receiving subscription reports.
  * **End date** : Choose a date to stop receiving reports. Click the **No End Date** checkbox to receive subscription emails indefinitely.
  * **Frequency** : Select *Every Day (Mon-Sun)* , *Weekly* , or *Monthly*.
  * **Hour**: Choose the hour (1 to 24) to receive the report.
  * **AM/PM**: Indicate AM or PM for the hour selected.

* Enter and select one or more addresses in the **Email report to** textbox.
* Click **Create** at the top right.

Editing a subscription
----------------------

To edit existing subscription details:

* Click the **Edit** pencil icon to the right of the subscription in the list.

* Update the subscription details.
* Click **Save**.

Deleting a subscription
-----------------------

To delete a subscription:

* Click the **Delete** trash icon to the right of the subscription in the list.

* In the popup, click **Delete** to confirm.
