Navigating Live Reports dashboards
==================================

The Live Reports dashboard lets you view key call queue and agent data in one place. [Add widgets](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Widget-types-in-Analytics-Live-Reports.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "") to access near real-time insights into call queues and agent activity, and review details across different data categories including:

* Service Level
* Queue Monitor
* Call Volume
* Queue Calls
* Agents Count
* Queue Details
* Agent Details
* Image \& Text
* Contact Details

You can create multiple dashboards to display different datasets and use the dashboards interface to:

Adding a dashboard
------------------

To add a new dashboard:

* Sign in to the [Analytics Portal](http://analytics.ringcentral.com "").
* In the navigation bar, click **Live Reports**.
* Click the **Add Dashboard** plus icon.

* In the **New Dashboard** popup, name your dashboard, then select a **Private** or **Public** privacy setting.
* Click **Save** .

Your new dashboard will appear with the Add widget tile.

Searching for a dashboard
-------------------------

To find an existing dashboard:

* Click the **Dashboard** dropdown to view existing dashboards.
  * **All**: Lists the public dashboards and your private dashboards.
  * **My dashboards**: Lists the dashboards you created.
  * **Without owner**: Lists the dashboards that don't have a current owner.

* Scroll through the list or enter a name in the **Search** field.
* Select a dashboard to view.

Note  
Private dashboards have a lock icon next to the name to show they're visible only to the dashboard owner. If a private dashboard doesn't have an owner, it'll have the hand-and-key and lock icons next to it.

Editing a dashboard
-------------------

To edit an existing dashboard:

* Click the **Edit** gear icon to the right of the Dashboard dropdown.

* Update the dashboard name and privacy settings.
* Click **Save**.

Note  
Only the owner can edit a dashboard. To view the dashboard owner, hover over the Information icon next to the dashboard name. If a dashboard doesn't have an owner, you'll become the owner when you edit its details.

Copying a dashboard
-------------------

To make a copy of a dashboard:

* Click the **Duplicate** icon to the right of the **Dashboard** dropdown.

* In the **Duplicate Dashboard** popup, name your dashboard, then select a **Private** or **Public** privacy setting.
* Click **Save**.

Use this option to create a new version of a dashboard with different data or duplicate an existing dashboard so you can become the owner and edit it.

Deleting a dashboard
--------------------

To delete a dashboard:

* Click the **Delete** trash icon to the right of the **Dashboard** dropdown.

* Click **Delete** to confirm.

Note  
Only the owner can delete a dashboard and the action can't be undone. Hover over the information icon to view the owner.

Claiming ownership of a dashboard
---------------------------------

Live Reports lets you claim ownership of dashboards created by users who are no longer in the account. When a user is removed, their private and public dashboards become available for other users to claim and manage.

Unowned dashboards appear in the **All** and**Without owner** tabs in the **Dashboard** dropdown and are marked with a hand-and-key icon. The **Without owner** tab appears only when unowned dashboards are available.

To claim ownership of dashboards owned by inactive users.

* Click the **Dashboard** dropdown, and select the dashboard.
* Click the **Edit** gear icon.
* Make changes, if needed.
* Click **Save** .

Auto-refreshing or pausing dashboard data
-----------------------------------------

Click the **Auto Refresh Data** toggle off to pause the data refresh and examine details of the report from a specific moment in time. To resume auto refresh of the data, click the toggle on.

Expanding the dashboard view and using fullscreen
-------------------------------------------------

There are two ways to expand the dashboard view:

* Click **Expand** at the top right to hide the information and navigation bars in a new browser tab. The original view stays open in the existing tab so you can continue navigating the Analytics Portal.

* In the expanded view, click **Go Fullscreen** at the top right to remove the browser frame and display the dashboard fullscreen. Press the **Esc** key to return to the expanded view.

Submitting ideas
----------------

Click **Submit Idea** at the top right to provide suggestions for updates to the Live Reports features and functionality in the [Ideas Portal](https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ "").

Signing out of Live Reports
---------------------------

To sign out of Live Reports, click your profile icon in the top left corner, then click **Sign out**.
