Managing Live Reports widgets
=============================

Live Reports dashboards are built using widget tiles that you can set up to show the information you need. Each [call](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Widget-types-in-Analytics-Live-Reports.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US ""), [agent](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/adding-agent-widgets-to-live-reports.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US ""), and [queue](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/adding-queue-widgets-to-live-reports.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "") widget displays key details to help you organize data in a logical manner and track activity in selected queues.

Setting Live Reports call queue local time
------------------------------------------

Some widgets include local time data for individual queues. Access your Admin Portal to set a call queue's time zone.

* Sign in to the [<var class="keyword">

* Click the **Phone System** tab.
* Click **Groups** , then click **Call Queues**.
* Click the name of the queue you want to modify, then click **Call Queue Details**.
* Click the **Settings** tab.
* Click **Edit**under Regional Settings.
* Click the **Time Zone** dropdown, then choose the appropriate time zone. You can also update the country code, greetings language, time format, user language, and regional format in this popup.
* Click **Save**.

Updating existing widgets
-------------------------

You can modify the widgets within your Live Reports dashboard to adjust the format to fit your business needs.

### Moving a widget

To move a widget tile, click and hold the six-dot icon in the top left corner. Drag it to a new location, then release to place it.

### Resizing a widget

Some widget tiles can be resized. If the resizing option is available, a resize icon appears in the bottom right corner when you hover over the tile. To resize the tile, click and drag the bottom right of the tile to adjust the size, then release.

### Editing settings

To change the details for any widget, click on the three-dot **More** icon at the tile's top right, then click **Settings**. You can access the original settings of the widget and update the fields.

If you don't own the dashboard, you'll still be able to see the widget settings, but won't be able to change them.

### Duplicating a widget

To duplicate a widget, click the three-dot**More** icon at the tile's upper right and click **Duplicate** . A window will display with settings options. Update with your preferred details and click **Save**. The duplicated widget will show up after the copied tile on the dashboard.

### Deleting a widget

To delete a widget, click the three-dot **More** icon, then click **Delete** . A window will display asking you to confirm the deletion. Click **Delete** to confirm.
