Searching for a dashboard

Find a dashboard by using the Search field.
  1. In the top left, click the Dashboard dropdown box for a list of existing dashboard names.
  2. Type your criteria into the Search field for a list of dashboards.
  3. Click the name you want to open from the results.
When viewing a list of dashboards, those you own show a lock icon to the right of the dashboard name.

Rearranging widgets

Drag widgets to reposition them on the dashboard.
Click and drag widget to a new location.
  1. In the selected widget, hover over the eight-dot handle in the upper left corner.
  2. Your cursor turns into a four-sided arrow.
  3. Drag and drop in the desired location.
  4. Release your mouse button when you see an outline of the widget in its new position.
If the drag and drop handle is missing, check the following:
  • Do you have full access permissions in Live Reports?
  • Do you own the dashboard you want to edit?
  • If you don’t own the dashboard, create a duplicate that you will own and can modify by clicking the plus icon.

Duplicating a dashboard

Clicking the Duplicate icon makes an editable copy.

This is useful when you want to keep an existing dashboard, but modify it to show different information, or make a copy of one owned by someone else and add your own modifications. A window lets you rename and choose privacy options. When you duplicate a dashboard, you own the new copy.

Note: A Super Admin managing multiple sites can create dashboards that are meant to be cloned by local managers who modify it to show information relevant to their site. For example, a dashboard that monitors all queues for all locations, could be duplicated by managers at each location and modified to show only the information they need.

Adding a dashboard

Click the plus icon to create a new dashboard. A window lets you name and choose privacy options.
Add another dashboard.
Click Save to confirm your choices.

Auto Refresh Data

Submit Idea

In the upper right corner of the main pane is an option to submit ideas for Live Reports enhancements.
