QoS: Endpoints and ISPs widget | RingEX

Last updated on September 01, 2021
This is a context-sensitive widget depending on whether the toggle in the dashboard’s upper right is set to Calls, Meetings, or Webinars. In Meetings or Webinars mode, it is called Endpoints and ISPs. In Calls mode, it is called Upstream and Downstream. In both cases, it shows quality and volume breakdowns of all streams or calls by endpoint and ISP.

The Endpoint tab shows endpoint devices used during meetings and phone calls for the selected time frame. When in Calls mode, it shows the average MOS for upstream and downstream call legs for each endpoint:
Upstream and downstream endpoint and ISP data.
When in Meetings or Webinars mode, it shows the number of good, moderate, or poor streams for each endpoint during the selected timeframe:
Endpoints tab.
The ISPs tab lists the ISPs used during meetings, webinars or phone calls by the user in the selected timeframe.

When in Calls mode, it shows the average MOS for upstream and downstream call legs for each ISP:
ISPs tab.
When in Meetings or Webinars mode, it shows the number of good, moderate, and poor streams from each ISP during the selected timeframe:
Endpoint and ISPs in Video mode.
