QoS: Needs Attention widget on the MOS

The Needs Attention widget shows the top eight geo locations and ISPs by volume where either the upstream and/or downstream average call MOS is below 3.5 during the calendar month selected in the filter.
Use the tabs to see stream quality data for Locations or ISPs. A quality score of 3.5 and higher is considered good and is shown in green. Moderate quality averages are shown in orange. Quality of 2.5 or lower is considered poor and is shown in red.
- Locations: The Locations tab shows call and stream quality data for the eight geo locations that have the most traffic.
- ISPs: The ISPs tab shows call and stream quality data for the top eight ISPs with the most traffic.
