Intro to the Unprovisioned Devices dashboard
============================================

Devices not being provisioned can be found by clicking the **Unprovisioned Devices** tab. These devices were recorded in the RingCentral system but have never been set up, tied to any extension, or in a pending replacement state.

The table has three sortable columns to identify the devices:

* Device name and ID number
* Shipping address, when available
* Device model

The page can be downloaded using the button in the top right corner. The download file is in CSV format. It contains the information for devices not currently provisioned, as shown in the table.
