Renting or leasing deskphones

Deskphones and conference phone rental options are available to customers whose RingCentral MVP Services have a minimum initial term of at least 24 months under the RingCentral Phone Lease Program.
 
You will need to accept all terms under the Rental Agreement, which covers the rental of specific telecommunications hardware or Rental Devices and its repair/replacement. Returning devices

Contact Support about returning a device and getting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may be charged a minimum restocking fee of $25.00. If you are billed in another currency, contact customer service for the applicable fee amount.
 
Before returning a device, make sure to transfer all files you wish to retain. When the device is returned, you will no longer have access to the device's files, data, or other information.
 
All returned devices must be fully functional, including the manual(s) and all accessories, and must be in the original box. If the device is not fully functional, you will be obligated to pay the purchase price unless the return occurs in the first 12 months of the initial term, in which case the purchase price will be the full list price.

Requesting warranty replacements

All devices and hardware rented or purchased in connection with the Rental Agreement are provided “as is” and “as available.” RingCentral makes no warranties. 
 
Contact support within five (5) business days upon the receipt of each device to notify RingCentral of any damage or functional issues. Otherwise, the device is deemed to be in good working order.

If you continue to encounter issues and believe your device might need to be replaced, reach out to customer service to determine if your device/equipment needs a replacement. Note that additional charges may apply.

Purchasing a Rental Device

You may purchase a device at any time following 12 months from the date you received the device(s) as long as your rental fee payments are current. The purchase price of the device will be:
  • After 12 months: 70% of the list price
  • After 24 months: 60% of the list price
  • After 36 months: 50% of the list price
  • After 48 months: 40% of the list price
  • After 60 months: 30% of the list price
