There are multiple ways to change or reset a <var class="keyword">

RingCentral
</div></var> account password, including the Admin Portal. If you're an admin, you can [change someone else's password](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Changing-your-RingCentral-account-password.html?brand=RingCentral&product=MVP&language=en_US&pills-nav=change_someone_else%E2%80%99s_password_in_the_admin_portal "") in the Admin Portal.

If you can't remember your password, you can use the **Forgot Password** option on the <var class="keyword">

</div></var>[sign-in page](https://login.ringcentral.com/ "") or the **Reset Password** option in the <var class="keyword">
<div style="display: inline;">
RingCentral
</div></var> mobile app.

**Note**  
To change your password, you must have permission to make changes to your sign-in info. If you don't have permission, request a password change from your IT admin.

If you use single sign-on (SSO) to sign in, contact your IT admin to change your password.
