System requirements | Ringcentral app desktop and web

The RingCentral app is available on three platforms: web, desktop, and mobile (Android and iOS). You can easily switch between devices to take or make calls, check voicemail messages, and connect and collaborate with teams. 
 
 

RingCentral app desktop

  • Windows 8.1 (32- and 64-bit) or higher
  • Mac OS 10.13 (High Sierra) or higher
  • Intel Skylake-class 6th Gen i3, i5, i7 processor or newer
  • AMD Excavator-class (2015) processor or newer 
  • 8GB of RAM or more
  • Bandwidth requirements:
    • For 1-on-1 video meetings: 1mbps download and upload, or better
    • For 1-to-many meetings: 1.5mbps download and upload, or better
    • For 1-to-many meetings using the virtual background feature: 2mbps download and upload or better
    • For audio-only meetings (camera stream turned-off): 512kbps download and upload or better

RingCentral app web

The RingCentral app can be used directly from a browser at https://app.ringcentral.com.The app supports the broswers listed below. Note that unsupported browsers will be unable to access the RingCentral account.
