Setting up your microphone and speakers for RingEX calls

Last updated on May 12, 2022
You can set up your headset, microphone, or speakers for use during callsin the RingCentral app for desktop and web and the RingCentral Phone app. To do so, you’ll also need to configure your RingCentral Video meeting microphone and speaker settings.

Before following these steps, make sure your microphone or headset drivers are installed successfully. Refer to any user manuals or manufacturers’ support sites, if necessary.
