Assigning RingCentral Video Pro+ licenses to users

If you are an admin and you have a paid RingCentral Video Pro+ account, you will also need to assign each individual user on your company account a RingCentral Video Pro+ license when
  • you upgrade your RingCentral Video Pro free company account to RingCentral Video Pro+ or
  • a new user is added to the RingCentral Video Pro+ company account.
When a new user is added to the RingCentral app, they will start with a free RingCentral Video Pro account. Once they’ve signed up on RingCentral Video Pro, you will need to assign that user a RingCentral Video Pro+ license.

Note: You must be a Super Admin on your company’s RingCentral Video Pro account in order to assign RingCentral Video Pro+ licenses.

Assign RingCentral Video Pro+ licenses to users

1. In the RingCentral app, click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Manage account from the dropdown menu to open the RingCentral Admin Portal.
3. Select Users from the top menu bar.
4. Check the box next to each user to which you’d like to assign the RingCentral Video Pro+ license. 
Check the box in the table header to select all users.
5. Click Assign licenses above the table.
Click Assign licenses
6. Select the RingCentral Video Pro+ license from the dropdown menu.
Select the Glip Pro+ license
7. Click Assign to finish assigning the license to the desired users.
