Intro to Admin tools in the RingCentral mobile app

Administrators have the highest level of permissions within their RingCentral Video Pro or Pro+ account.
When a user is given these permissions, they will have access to the Admin tools page via Settings in their RingCentral mobile account, where they can do the following:
- Manage your billing service plan and payment method
- Manage company numbers and information
- Manage auto-receptionist
- Set up your company hours
- Configure company call handling
- Set up general IVR settings
- Manage company sites
- Manage call flow groups
- Manage users extensions
- Configure phones and devices
- View company fax and call logs
- Configure call queue management
Note: Admins can access the Ringcentral desktop admin portal to manage the complete list of settings for desktop, web, and mobile.
Accessing admin tools
1. Depending on which device you’re on:
a. For Android devices, tap the profile menu at top left.
b. For iOS devices, tap your profile photo at top left.
2. Tap Admin tools.
3. Access the following:
- Billing: Manage billing information and enable or disable international calling or SMS.
- Phone System: Configure phone settings such as changing the company phone number, managing auto-receptionist, user extensions, phone and devices, and more.
- Company call logs: Access company call logs such as missed, inbound, and outbound calls.
- Call queue management: This feature allows calls waiting in a call queue to be answered by the assigned pickup group members.
