Canceling your RingCentral Video Pro and Pro+
account | RingCentral app

Canceling your RingCentral Video Pro and Pro+ account means that you will delete your account permanently. You can open a new account at any time, but the information from your current account will not be saved after 30 days from cancellation, including your meetings history, messages history, and scheduled meetings. You can save any of the information by downloading it before canceling your account.
 
To keep all of your history, you can restore your account within 30 days of cancellation by contacting Customer Care at (866) 733-0810 or (925) 271-7320 outside of the United States.

Note: You must be an admin to cancel your RingCentral Video Pro and Pro+ account.

Canceling your RingCentral Video Pro account in the RingCentral desktop and web app

1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click the Administration tab on the left pane.
3. Under Delete account, click Delete account at the far right of Delete RingCentral Video Pro account. A new browser tab will open redirecting you to the Billing tab of your RingCentral online account.
4. Click Cancel Subscription at the lower right of the page. The Cancel Subscription window appears.
5. Enter your account password, then click Cancel Subscription.
6. Select a Cancellation Reason from the dropdown list.
7. Leave a comment (optional), then click Cancel Subscription.
8. Click OK on the Cancel Subscription - Confirmation window.

Canceling your RingCentral Video Pro account in the RingCentral online account

1. Log in as an admin to the RingCentral online account.
2. Click the Billing tab. This will open the Subscription > Overview page.
3. Click Cancel Subscription at the lower right of the page. The Cancel Subscription window appears.
4. Enter your account password, then click Cancel Subscription.
5. Select a Cancellation Reason from the dropdown list.
6. Leave a comment (optional), then click Cancel Subscription.
7. Click OK on the Cancel Subscription - Confirmation window.

Canceling your RingCentral Video Pro+ account

To cancel your RingCentral Video Pro+ account, you can call Customer Care at (866) 733-0810 or (925) 271-7320 outside of the United States.
