Signing up for a RingCentral Video Pro account for
desktop and web | RingCentral app
To sign up for a RingCentral Video Pro account, you can either sign up with your personal email address or work email address.
Note: We recommend signing up with your work email address if you would like to automatically connect in the app with others in your company that share the same email domain as yours.
If you’re signing up with a personal email address, you can
- collaborate with others as a guest user and
- allow others to join as a co-worker in your company account with a personal email domain (using @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, and @hotmail.com) via your RingCentral online account.
Note: If you’re the first person to create a RingCentral Video Pro account for your company, you automatically become your company account’s Super Admin. You can then add or invite your co-workers to the account.
Sign up for a RingCentral Video Pro account on Ringcentral.com
1. Go to ringcentral.com.
2. Click Get started, it's free.
3. Verify your age. You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Click Next. An email will be sent to the account you provided. Check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find the email.
7. Open the email and click Activate account or copy and paste the URL into your browser.
8. Set up your account.
- Enter your first and last name.
- Enter your company name (optional).
- Create a password and confirm your password.
- Accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy.
- For non-US/Canada users only: Select your country/region if asked. You can opt in to receive info about RingCentral by checking the box.
9. Click Create your free account.
Sign up for a RingCentral Video Pro account via Google Login
1. Go to ringcentral.com.
2. Click Get started, it's free.
3. Verify your age. You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Click Sign up with Google.
6. Choose either your personal or work email address.
7. Click Allow. You will be redirected to the Setup page in the RingCentral app.
