Adding a park location in your HUD in the RingCentral
app desktop and web | RingCentral app 

Parking a call allows you to put a call on hold from one endpoint and resume the call from any other endpoint in the private park location group. You can park a call to your park location and any member can pick it up. To enable this, ensure the HUD feature is enabled and the park location is added to your HUD in the RingCentral app.

A private park location group is added to your HUD in the RingCentral app after an admin adds you as a member and you add it to your presence in the RingCentral online account. If you’re not seeing the park location, log out and log in again to the RingCentral app.

Adding a park location in your HUD

When you’re a member of a park location group, but you haven’t added it to your presence in the RingCentral online account, you can add this park location to your HUD in the RingCentral app. Moreover, you can add back a park location that you’ve deleted in the RingCentral app.
1. Navigate to Phone via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click Park locations under HUD on the left pane.
3. Click the Add park location icon at the upper-right corner. If there are no park locations added yet, you can click the Add park location button on the empty page.

4. Enter the park location name or extension number, then click Add.
