Updating your emergency address in the RingCentral

Update your physical address on record with the RingCentral app for emergency calls. Your saved address will be visible under this section. If you don’t provide an emergency address, you will be limited to making calls only to extensions in your organization.
Updating your emergency address
1. For iOS, tap the profile photo. For android, tap the more menu icon at top left.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Phone then, scroll down to select Emergency address.
4. Tap RingCentral Phone app or your existing device, then tap the Emergency address field.
5. Make any necessary changes to the emergency address fields.
6. Tap the Confirm button at top right to finish making your changes.
Please note that only users with DigitalLines can make outgoing calls to external numbers and will have the option to change their emergency address in the Settings menu. To learn more, see Phone Numbers - RingCentral DigitalLine Overview.
