Connecting your Microsoft or Google calendar in the
RingCentral app desktop and web | RingCentral app

You can connect your Microsoft or Google calendar to view and join upcoming meetings on the RingCentral app. This feature makes it easier to schedule new meetings, or view and join upcoming meetings that you’ve scheduled from your calendar. 
 
Any scheduled meeting from the RingCentral app will be synced to your calendar and vice versa.

Connecting your Microsoft calendar

1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click the Calendar and contacts tab from the left pane.

3. Under the Microsoft section, click the Sign in with Microsoft button at the far right of Account connections.

4. Ensure the box for Calendar is checked.

5. Click Connect.
6. Select or sign in to your Microsoft account, and then click Accept.
7. Under the Calendar section in the Connect calendar window, check the box next to each of the Microsoft calendar types you’d like to connect.

8. Click Done to save your changes.

Connecting your Google calendar

1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click the Calendars and contacts tab from the left pane.
3. Under the Google section, click Sign in with Google at far right of Account connections.

4. Ensure the box for Calendar is checked.

5. Click Connect
6. Select or sign in to your Google account, and then click Allow.
7. Under the Calendar section in the Connect calendar window, check the box next to each of the Google account(s) you’d like to connect.

8. Click Done to save your changes.

Managing your calendar connections

Once you sync your calendar from your Microsoft or Google calendar, any meetings scheduled in those calendars will appear in the Meetings page when you navigate to the Video menu via the left-hand navigation bar.

1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click the Contacts and Calendars tab from the left pane.
3. Under the Microsoft or Google section, click the Manage button at the far right of Account connections.

4. Click Disconnect.
