Setting your regional settings in the RingCentral app

Setting your regional settings in the RingCentral app is useful for your local and emergency dialing. The details here will show the phone number formatting with the proper country and area codes. 
 
If you are an SMB customer, you will be asked to review and complete your user profile after activating your user account. After activating your account, you can still update your regional settings in the Settings menu of the RingCentral app. Not sure which customer you are? Click here to learn more. 

Setting your regional settings during user account setup

1. Click Review or Edit on the Complete your profile card.
2. Click Regional settings.
3. Click Update.

4. Select your Country.
5. Enter your area code in the field.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Save once more to confirm.

Setting your regional settings via Settings

1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click the Phone tab from the left pane.
3. Click Edit at the far right of Region.

4. Select your Country.
5. Enter your area code in the field.
6. Click Save.
