Connecting your Microsoft or Google Calendar in
RingCentral mobile app | RingCentral app

You can connect your Microsoft or Google calendar to view and join upcoming meetings on your RingCentral app. This feature makes it easier to schedule new meetings, or view and join upcoming meetings. Any scheduled meeting from the RingCentral app will integrate on your calendar and vice versa.

Configuring Calendar settings for mobile

You can enable and manage your calendar in the Calendar sync setting page and in the Video menu in the mobile app, including connecting your Microsoft and Google calendars. Let’s review how to connect your calendar(s) below.

Connecting Microsoft or Google calendar from Settings

To connect your Microsoft or Google calendar in the mobile app via the Settings page, follow these steps:
1. Tap the menu icon at the top left.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Contacts and calendars.
4. Tap Microsoft account or Google account.
5. Tap Connect.
6. Select or sign in to your Microsoft or Google account.
7. Under Calendars on Microsoft or Google account, ensure that the toggle switch for Access calendars is on.

Connecting Microsoft or Google calendar from Video tab

To connect your Microsoft or Google calendar in the mobile app via the Video menu, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google.
3. Click Ok to allow RingCentral to access your Microsoft or Google contacts and calendars.
4. Select or sign in to your Microsoft or Google account.

Managing your calendar connections

Once you sync your calendar from the desired service (either Microsoft or Google), any meetings scheduled in those calendars will appear in the Video menu via the bottom menu bar.

If at any time you’d like to disconnect a calendar, you can simply return to the Contacts and calendars setting page and toggle the switch for Access calendars to off under Calendars on Microsoft or Google account.
