This article provides information on how you can configure RingCentral Video meeting settings during a meeting on your computer.
Configuring in-meeting settings
To configure your in-meeting settings, select More via the bottom menu bar, then click Settings.
In the Settings modal window, you can view/configure the following tabs:
- Audio: Configure your microphone and speaker settings
- Video: Configure your preferred camera and video settings
- Virtual Background: Set up your virtual background
- Calendar: Connect your Outlook or Google calendar
- Delegates: Allow others to schedule meeting on your behalf assign delegates
- Personal Meeting ID: Customize your personal meeting settings
- General: Configure your meeting recording notifications and more advanced video settings
- My Profile: View your personal profile
