Inviting others to join a RingCentral Video meeting on

You can invite attendees to join your meeting in two ways:
- By choosing one of the invite options from the meeting screen,
- or by the Participants menu at the bottom menu bar.
Inviting attendees via the meeting screen
While in a meeting, you can invite participants by choosing one of the following from the meeting screen:
- Invite contacts via video call: Tap to directly call a participant
- Share link via other apps: Tap to copy meeting link or share link via other apps installed on your phone
Inviting attendees via the Participants menu
1. Tap Participants at the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap Invite people at the upper left.
3. Select from one of the following options:
• Invite by phone: Enter a name and phone number, and then tap Call.
• Invite via video call: Enter names or email addresses in the To field, and then tap Next to send the meeting link as a message in the RingCentral app.
• Invite via email: This opens up the default email app on your mobile device with the meeting details in the message field. Enter email addresses in the To field, and then tap the send button.
• Invite via other apps: Select a messaging app from the list, enter names, and then tap the send button.
• Copy meeting URL: You can copy the meeting URL and send it to other people via other modes of messaging.
