Flipping a call, or call flip, is a feature in RingCentral app and RingCentral Phone. Call flip lets you transfer a live call to an assigned number with a brief interruption to the call. While you flip a call, you will place that caller on hold until the flip has been completed.

In order for you to use call flip, you need to configure it in the Call Handling & Forwarding section of your RingCentral Office account, including adding a list of numbers you can choose from to flip the call to. See How to Configure the Call Flip Settings to learn more.
