The purpose of this article is to provide instructions for switching from computer audio to phone call during a RingCentral Video meeting.

Switching from computer audio to phone call

To switch from computer audio to phone call during your meeting, follow these steps:
1. While in a meeting, click the Audio settings arrow up button beside the Mute/Unmute button

2. Click Switch to phone call
3. In the Audio options modal window, select your country
4. Enter your phone number
5. Click the checkbox for Remember this number if you prefer
6. Click Call me, then accept the call on your selected phone device
