Turning the Forward all calls feature on or off
===============================================

The Forward all calls feature lets you forward your incoming calls when you can't answer. After this feature has been turned on in the <var class="keyword">
<div style="display: inline;">
RingCentral
</div></var> app or Admin Portal, you can forward incoming calls to voicemail, an announcement, or another extension or group. You can also create a custom schedule for forwarding your calls.

Note
* This feature is available only if your Admin has provided you with [call handling](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Setting-up-how-incoming-calls-are-handled.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US&pills-nav=admin_portal "") permissions.
* When **Forward all calls** and [**Do not disturb**](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/3770.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "") are turned on, calls will forward according to your **Forward all calls** settings.
* When a user turns on **Forward all calls**, they'll appear as unavailable in call queues they're assigned to.

Admins can also update settings to [forward all company calls](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Intro-to-the-Forward-all-company-calls-feature.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "") and [forward all queue calls](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/10514-call-queue-set-up-call-handling-how-calls-transferred-group-members.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US#call-queue-forwarding-settings "").

Where would you like to turn call forwarding on or off?
