Choosing a background image for RingCentral Rooms

Admins and users with admin privileges can choose a background image for their RingCentral Rooms display, instead of using the default image. This feature allows users to customize their RingCentral Rooms display to enhance the look and feel of their meetings.
- Sign in to your RingCentral online account.
- Go to Meetings > RingCentral Video > Rooms > Rooms List.
- Select a room for which you want to customize the background image.
- Go to Display Settings.
- Click Upload New Image to upload a custom image. Ensure your file meets the image requirements:
- Format: .jpeg .jpg or .png
- Optimal resolution: 1920 x 1080 px
- Maximum size: 5MB
- Click Save.
