Downloading and installing RingCentral Rooms
on a controller

You can set up an iPad or Android as a RingCentral Rooms controller and connect it to your host device.
 
To run RingCentral Rooms, your device must run one of the following operating systems:
  • iPad: iOS 14 or later
  • Android: Samsung Galaxy Tab A (8.0” and 10.5”) with Android 7.0 or later
To optimize performance, we recommend that you connect the host and controller equipment to the same network for optimal performance. See RingCentral Rooms System Requirements for more information.

Downloading and installing RingCentral Rooms on an iPad controller

  1. On your iPad, go to the App store and search for RingCentral Rooms, or visit the app download page directly.
  2. Tap Install.
  3. Tap Open.
  4. On the iPad controller, enter the pairing code that you see on the monitor.
Installing RingCentral Rooms on an iPad controller
After you download the controller application, you’ll need to pair your host and controller devices.

Downloading and installing RingCentral Rooms on an Android controller

The standalone RingCentral Rooms app for Android is available only for tablet devices. 
  1. Launch Google Play and search for RingCentral Rooms, or visit the app download page directly.
  2. Tap Install.
  3. Tap Open.
  4. On the iPad controller, enter the pairing code that you see on the monitor.
