RingCentral Rooms: Installing the Host Application
If you’re an admin of your company, you can install the RingCentral Rooms host app on your Windows device. To optimize the app’s performance, we recommend that you connect the host and controller equipment to the same network. See RingCentral Rooms system requirements for more information.
We recommend your host device runs one of the following operating systems to work with RingCentral Rooms:
- Windows: Windows 10
Downloading and installing the RingCentral Rooms app on Windows
- In the RingCentral App Gallery, search for the RingCentral Rooms app.
- If prompted, sign in with your RingCentral credentials.
- Click Download for Windows.
- Click Download.
- Follow the download instructions to complete your installation.
