Navigating the in-meeting settings

In a meeting, the settings show on the controller.

Meeting ID: The meeting ID displays at the top center.
Date and time: The date and time are located at top right.
Settings: the setting gear at top right and will take you to the audio and video settings. To learn about configuring your audio settings, see Configuring the audio settings in RingCentral Rooms.
Mute mic: Mute and unmute the microphone.
Turn on/off camera: Turn the camera on or off.
Share screen: Share your screen to the meeting. To learn more, see Sharing your screen using the RingCentral rooms controller.
Invite: Invite participants to the meeting. To learn more, see Inviting participants to join a meeting in RingCentral Rooms.
Participants: To control the participants of the meeting. To see all the participant controls, visit Managing meeting participants in RingCentral Rooms.
Record: Start or stop recording the meeting. To learn more, see Recording a meeting in RingCentral Rooms.
Views: Change your view of the speakers on the screen.
Volume control: Increases or decreases the volume.
Leave meeting: Exit the meeting.

Showing meeting password and meeting information

Users can also check the on-going meeting’s password (if any) in the room's share guide and meeting information on both host and controller.
