In a meeting, the settings show on the controller.
Meeting ID
: The meeting ID displays at the top center.
Date and time
: The date and time are located at top right.
Settings

Mute mic
: Mute and unmute the microphone.
Turn on/off camera
: Turn the camera on or off.
Share screen
: Share your screen to the meeting. To learn more, see

Invite
: Invite participants to the meeting. To learn more, see

Participants
: To control the participants of the meeting. To see all the participant controls, visit

Record
: Start or stop recording the meeting. To learn more, see

Views
: Change your view of the speakers on the screen.
Volume control
: Increases or decreases the volume.
Leave meeting
: Exit the meeting.

Users can also check the on-going meeting’s password (if any) in the room's share guide and meeting information on both host and controller.
