Swapping displays in RingCentral Rooms

If your RingCentral Rooms host is connected to 2 display monitors, you will have access to the Views option on the controller app.

Swapping displays

Note: The steps below apply to RingCentral Rooms for Poly.
  1. Open the RingCentral Rooms controller app.
  2. Navigate to the Settings > Views.
  3. Tap on Swap to switch the identified primary and secondary displays.
