Availability
------------

This feature is available to **RingEX™ Premium** and **Ultimate** plan subscribers.

Requirements
------------

* A Windows, Linux or Mac-based computer
* Google Chrome Browser (No minimum version requirement) or Tenfold desktop application for Windows or Mac
* Granted Access to RingCentral for Bullhorn servers from whitelist
* Administrative access to organization's Bullhorn instance (Must have the appropriate Bullhorn service tier to support the amount of API calls needed)

Limitations
-----------

RingCentral call recording links cannot be inserted into Bullhorn.

How to enable RingCentral for Bullhorn
--------------------------------------

* The User will send a request form from the [RingCentral App Gallery](https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/ringcentral-for-bullhorn "") .
* Once it is done, the RingCentral implementations team will reach out to you to complete the request.
* The integration can be turned on through the Tenfold Partner Portal by adding the user's admin as a user.
* The admin will be receiving an invite and email covering the steps to add the users in the organization.
