Intro to RingCentral User Templates

This article is an overview of the User Templates feature.

Templates allow account Administrators to implement a set of configurations to multiple users at once through the RingCentral online account, reducing repetitive actions by applying the same settings to a group of users.

Admins should [sign in to the RingCentral online account](https://service.ringcentral.com "") to access the Templates section and go to the **Users \> Templates \> User Settings** or **Call Handling** .
