Managing your account usage in the <var class="keyword">

</div></var> Admin Portal

Admins can view and manage settings for account usage and bundles.

Viewing account usage
---------------------

* Sign in to the [<var class="keyword">
  <div style="display: inline;">
  Admin Portal
  </div></var>](https://service.ringcentral.com "").
* Click the **Account** tab dropdown (a), then select **Inventory \& Usage** (b).
* In the left panel, click **Usage** .

Options may include:

* General Usage
  * Current Plan Usage
  * Included SMS Usage: Click **View Log** to see the usage history.
  * Mobile Users: Click **View History** to see statistics for the user's mobile usage.

* Credits
  * Calling Credits: If you don't see a bundle, click **Add Bundle** to purchase. Click **Change** to update your existing bundle. Click **Cancel** to remove the bundle. Cancellation is available only for customers without a contract.
  * International Calling Credits: If you don't see a bundle, click **Add Bundle** to purchase. Click **Change** to update your existing bundle. Click **Cancel** to remove the bundle. Cancellation is available only for customers without a contract.
  * SMS Bundle: If you don't see a bundle, click **Add Bundle** to purchase. Click **Change** to update your existing bundle. Click **Cancel** to remove the bundle. Cancellation is available only for customers without a contract.
  * Additional Usage Credits: Click **View Rates** to see credit cost details.

* Included Global RingEX™ Domestic Minutes: Zones will vary based on the phone lines you've purchased.
* Included Global RingEX™ Toll-Free Minutes: Zones will vary based on the phone lines you've purchased.
